"I have two complaints: 1. I had to pick up the car in a cold outside environment where I had to revise the documents and sign! In zero celcious degrees! And when I had to deliver the car I had to phone 6 times (!) to get directions where to go for the delivery! 2. I was informed about the vast difference in depositing a guarantee at the location of the pick up. I should have known to decide before pickup!"

They use the returning car as an opportunity to put additional charges under the absurd_ made up damage protocol. If you do not have additional insurance through your credit card get the car provider full insurance."
