"Generally happy with the service. However_ but on returning the vehicale and reviewed and confirmed no damage and fully tank etc I was told that the holding deposit of nearly £900 will take 90 days to return!!? Then was told I should have used a credit card as its quicker_ none of this was mentioned!! It can_t be right that you can_t return money for that long? Please can you confirm this is the case_ I am not in a position to have that kind of money held for so long and will contact my bank in a few days...."

"When I booked the car I specified drop-off time of 18:30 in time for our flight which was 21:20_ and I dropped the car off at 18:20. The rep told me very grumpily that it should have been returned by 18:00_ appeared to be very annoyed and said I was late."

"suggest option to extend last day hire my a few hours to avoid extended wait at airport due to restriction on daily tariff. Especially as the car did not move whilst we sat at the airport for 5 hours."
