"We found the experience was fairly painless. We didn_t realize that we needed to phone the company to arrange to be picked up at the airport. We some how missed this piece. It would be nice if the pickup van had a sign or logo on the van beside knowing the colours of the van. The staff was very helpful. We struggled with learning the gps on the van but we_re able to solve it eventually
Overall the staff was very helpful. It was nice that we were picked up at the airport and that the van was dropped off at a spot that wasn_t the airport. This made the drop off much easier"
