"Made it clear we would be better off taking the additional insurance as we would be charged for absolutely anything even though the car had clearly been well used. The reason I won_t use this company again is that they charge an additional 10€ if the car comes back dirty. In over 30 years of renting cars on holiday_ I_ve never been charged to wash a car."

"At the agreed location at the agreed time_ a partner of the car rental company was waiting for us at the airport. He took us all to the rental company. There were short formalities. They recommended that we take out insurance. Then we took over the cleaned cars. Due to the flight delay_ we were forced to extend the car rental by half a day_ which was no problem. I scratched the car a lot during the rental. There was no problem when returning it_ they didn_t solve it_ I didn_t pay for the damage_ it was covered by insurance. I can highly recommend the car rental company."
