"The pick-up instructions at Phoenix airport are not correct. The instructions were to exit the terminal and wait outside for a shuttle bus to the rental car hire area. So I did as instructed and waited for about an hour only to discover that there were no shuttle buses and that I was to go back inside the terminal and take a train to the rental car hire area. Please update your Phoenix airport pick-up instructions. Everything else was just fine."

"Not being familiar with a car rental at Orlando airport I was unsure where to go and once I got there how it worked. I waited with a very large group for the shuttle only to find out that the first shuttle was for me and I missed it. Maybe having different stalls for different rentals would be helpful - but I know better for next time."

"We initially said we wanted to add an extra driver but then changed our minds and said that we didn_t want to pay for that. They said they_d amended it in the rental agreement which had an amount listed as a deposit. In fact the deposit was the extra driver charge and we were charged for an extra driver. Still trying to sort it out with them. The pick up staff were nice but a bit clueless so it was a staff error but not sure yet whether we_ll get the money back. Otherwise the car was fine."
