"I was annoyed with because I got caught in the trap of what I thought was full insurance cover and no excess cover which cost a lot on pick up … I really don’t think the whole thing is clear or upfront… the rental company said online car hirers always cause this confusion …"

One thing to notice: no one was in the parking lot to introduce me the car so I had to figure out on my own the different features in the specific car_ and nobody was there to help. Except from that I got a helpful service at the counter and improved car."

"נתנו לי בהתחלה אוטו שבו אי אפשר לטעון את הטלפון שלי וסיפרו לי שזה בגלל שהאוטו שהזמנתי קטן. כמובן שאילו שטויות כי אז דרשתי אוטו אחר וקיבלתי אוטו עוד יותר קטן שבו היה מקום לטעינה. שאלתי למה אין מערכת אודיו וענו לי את אותה תשובה. כשנכנסתי לאוטו ראיתי שיש מערכת אודיו מצויינת. אז לא ברור לי למה האנשים בדלפק מדברים סתם שטויות ולא מכירים את מערכות הרכב. תודה"
