"They keys fob wouldn_t unlock the doors_ when unlocked they would randomly lock or unlock. The radio got just about zero stations no matter where we were. We were all of Costa rica and it did not matter still picked up no stations."

"Pick up was terrible as the person was new. He gave us the wrong vehicle and also said we didn’t get insurance for it. Once he involved more senior staff things went more smoothly."
