"the car I got was an upgrade from what I thought I was getting_ so that was a nice surprise. Everything worked out fine courteous counter staff_ Rochelle. The only real issues and it really wasn_t much of one_ was that there was not a staff person there when I returned the car Sunday morning around 9:30. A gentlemen from the neighboring rental agency took care of it_ no big deal."
