"The service was good overall. Charging stations for electric cars are very problematic in Normandy and Paris_ and likely in the rest of the country as well. This is not the fault of the car or the rental company. However_ I did not receive any receipt or any explanation for the charges when I dropped off the car."

"OK Mobility was great. However_ the phone number you provided for them provided info in a different language each of the four times I called_ and none of them was English or French (we were in France). I wanted to pick up the car early_ but was not able to contact the company in English or French to arrange this. Also_ at Lyon airport_ it was not clear where to meet the rental company shuttle (not the regular rental car bus). I would recommend your service (we were happy with the car and the rate)_ but the info provided about how to contact the actual rental company was not adequate."
