"Car was not what we had booked (we booked a 9 seater van and were given a 7 seater car) so very cramped with all of our luggage. There were a number a warning messages that were always popping up on the screen and the electrics were a bit dodgy. Car was returned on 04/01/2025 and a further BGN4000 was attempted to be taken from our credit card then BGN2000 without our knowledge - although our credit card company believed this to be fraudulent so blocked the payments. We have not yet received our deposit of BGN4000 and have had no contact"
