Well_ I came an hour in advance and ...was not given the car with explanation (you know_ insurance will not be valid if you pick up car now_ and hour before the stated time.) What the ... I had standard insurance_ also I had excess insurance_ but I wasn_t given the car. When I came after hour_ had to wait in the all queue again."
