"Both pick up and drop off were done using a self-service kiosk as were outside of the office hours. Very convenient and all went well_ but got a bit worried as it took 3 days to get the final invoice and be charged the proper amount."

"Il servizio va benissimo. Ho però chiesto e pagato per il porta sci. Mi aspettavo un VERO portasci_ non delle semplici barre su cui dovevo legare con delle corde e con fatica 5 paia di sci. Rischiando anche di perderli o causare problemi mentre viaggiavo per il fissaggio non adeguato. Oltre tutto l_altezza di tali barre non era adeguata e l_attacco della sci toccava il tetto della vettura. Costringendomi a fissarli_ uno per uno_ rovesciati per non rigarla (quindi 10 sci fissati singolarmente con corde varie...). Mi aspetto il rimborso per un tale servizio così scadente e pericoloso."
