We initially said we wanted to add an extra driver but then changed our minds and said that we didn_t want to pay for that. They said they_d amended it in the rental agreement which had an amount listed as a deposit. In fact the deposit was the extra driver charge and we were charged for an extra driver. Still trying to sort it out with them. The pick up staff were nice but a bit clueless so it was a staff error but not sure yet whether we_ll get the money back. Otherwise the car was fine.

We waited over an hour in line for a car. The problem was that the pickup times did not aline w/the drop off times so we had to wait for cars to be dropped off before we could get one. Then_ the cars had to go through a cleaning process_ etc. before we could get one. All in all_ it was almost 2 hours before we got our car. BUT_ the car was perfect; all was well.

The car I booked online was listed as a small SUV-type car and I was instructed to pick a mid-size sedan. You may want to check what vehicles customers are booking online vs. what staff recommends on site. Otherwise_ a great experience - the customers service by all staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful!
