Decided to go with the Full the tank petrol option on returning - may have been charged for a full tank rather than a top up as the tank was approx. half full. Not sure as I did not receive a final invoice and also exchange rates coming into the equation. But it explained (on commencement) that it would be cheaper for us? The car was very new and well presented.

Car cleanliness rated poor because it was dirty externally ( and internally ) . I understand external dirt as the weather has been awful _ but both could have been cleaned prior to pick up . All the staff at pick up were great ….helpful and friendly .

We booked an AUTOMATIC car 6 months in advance_ when we came for the car_ they said they did not have an automatic…over a frustrating few hours_ the rental agency was able to locate one and drove it to. our location over 60 miles away…I was very impressed with the service and end result.

hidden charge for enhanced insurance then the car hire company tried to sell me the same product. Then some other charge on my card from you for something that wasn_t clear when booking. I booked again with you and again some charge on my card so I will go direct in future as the saving is wiped out with your charges.
