the lady at the reception was a little confused_ or she didn_t know the system_ because she didn_t see that I made the reservation with insurance_ she didn_t see in the system the name to whom the reservation was made_ etc. even though I showed her the proof of the reservation and everything that was paid was uncertain on her and we had to wait over 40 minutes for everything to be resolved!

1. Why did I pay twice and a half more on the desk - more than 2811.51 SEK? The final _e-Voucher__ with all the necessary information for acceptance_ indicated an amount of SEK 1236.51_ which is paid at the reception desk! If this is a mistake_ please refund my overpaid amount! 2. The boot lid of the car did not hold and we had to support it by hand as we load and unload the luggage.
