Only problem was being handed child seat with no instructions _ when asked for help_staff just shrugged their shoulders _ said they didn_t have any others.However_when pushed they had room full of other seats_some with fitting instructions.I understand that they can_t fit seat_but used this as excuse to do no more than just hand inadequate seat over _ walk away.Everything else very good.

Brilliant service_ great car_ good value for money_ would definitely use again. We did have a car booked for a previous trip but due to the volcanic ash problem we had to cancel. You were very understanding and gave our full deposit back. We said we would use you again and were not disappointed. Thanks for your good service it enabled us to have an excellent holiday on Menorca.
