I have stated that I will arrive at 12noon or 12.30noon but the staff only called me when I arrived. Took him 1/2 hour to arrive. I have to drive tremendously fast to Batu Pahat for my appointment.

Admin was very helpful and patience with our request. They gave us good information about it the road system and insurance so we know what’s happening. They are also helpful when we ask questions that we are unsure of when deciding to rent the car.

Their policy of not accepting debit card is bad. I dont understand why i need to pay $500 deposit to use debit card vs credit card(no deposit needed) other than that. Had good experience and will return again.
