Auto26 is located in park and fly and not Riga airport. However the pick up was more smooth than any other experience. The agent text me on the morning of the hire to ask me to let him know my arrival time_ he then arranged to meet me upstairs in departures_ at that point my driving license was checked and payment was made_ after that a quick check of the car and I was on my way! The drop off has to be made to park and fly so allow some extra time to get to the airport from there. It’s no more than a 3 minute drive however we were made to wait around 15 minutes for the shuttle van to depart as they were waiting for another guest party that took forever!

I understand that the car may be different from the one you chose_ well_ I would like to get the one in the picture from the beginning. But in general_ everything is good and pleasant and fast.

Picking up the car was an excellent experience (fast_ friendly_ easy)_ but when we dropped it off (in the parking lot_ away from the airport)_ nobody checked its state and we didn_t receive any confirmation whatsoever about the fact that we returned the car without any damage. The agent said that this was their normal procedure and he was quite offended that I asked for a document. I wouldn_t rent here again_ even though I was quite happy with the car itself.
