Made google search - car rent in X airport. Got to your www. Ordered a car_ paid the amount for ine day as car ussualy cost. Going to pick up car - they say- yes_ we have reservation_ the car will coat 60-70€… i said - i paid online for the car - they said: you paid for search and bokkingb of the car (service)_ here you must pay for the car itself… In the end i paid around 150€ (instead of 60-70€/day.

We had a 1hr 15minutes delay and we contacted the car rental that we are going to be a bit late. He started telling us that if you arrive 1 minute later than midnight i am leaving and we have to come tomorrow for the car (with a baby of 1 year with us). Thank god we arrived at 23:40. Hope it doesn_t happen to anyone.

After buying extra insurance cover when booking car_ we were again offered another insurance cover when picking up car. This made us worry as it creates doubts!!!

i had to pay full coverage again_ or leave there large deposit. if you do not have direct agreement_ it is unfair to let me purchase it at you. next time I will handle direct with rental supplier.
