We didnt get instructions as to where to pick the car up from at the airport - perhaps this could be added to the emails? Also a map would be handy too - but overall really good experience and nice guys - would use again definitely- thank you

Rental period begin was 22:00 on Sunday night actually this was the closing time of the office. as the plane was about 30 minutes late_ the rental couldn_t begin at contract time. It has to be indicated at the reservation that the office is closed. System must not allow such a reservation.
