Overall positive experience. Car was dirty when collected and it was very dilapidated_ but mechanicaly OK. No issues when picking it up_ and dropping if off. Clear instructions and very friendly staff.

No criticisms of either the car itself or the service provided at the office on pick up and drop off. My only criticism would be that they don_t offer a pick up service at the airport itself. They describe themselves as being 100 yards from the airport_ I have measured this on google maps and from the terminal exit door_ it is 250 metres. It is also steep uphill_ a climb of 23 meters which when you are both in your mid to late 60_s pulling 2 x 23kg suitcases and carryting 2 x 10kg flight bags is quite a haul. I hope they offer this facility in the future. Apart from that_ better service than a lot of companies in Kefalonia.

A lovely lady waited for us as plane delayed by an hour and then led us with her own car to find the main road as it was very late at night and our navigation systems were struggling with direction.
