This site was not transparent about all costs we had for rent a car.

On the second day in the morning I was driving on the road and a message appear on the screen for checking oil level. I did stop on a petrol station and add myself oil in the engine of the car. That was agreed with the car provider and I hope to get my money back for the oil.

The fact that the car had limited mileage was very well hidden - it was not even on the printed voucher I had from your company. This is not good practice - especially since the mileage was 250kms per day if you rent up to 6 days and 200 per day if you rent from 7 days like I had. It is senseless that someone renting a car for 6 days gets more miles then someone renting it for 7! I ended up paying additional €125 due to this scam. Very disppointed.

נושא השקיפות טעון שיפור בייחוד שזה כרוך בתשלומים משמעותיים ראשית_ לא יתכן שהגבלת הקילומטרז_ זהה בין מי ששוכר ליום אחד ובין מי ששוכר לשבעה ימים. זה עלה לנו 400 יורו. נניח ששבעה אנשים שונים היו משכירים את הרכב (אחד בכל יום)_ הרכב היה מורשה לעבור 7_000 ק_מ ואילו אנחנו נסענו פחות משליש המרחק הזה שנית_ Premium Station Surcharge לא היה כתוב או לא לגמרי בולט וגם זה כרוך בעלות משמעותית של 160 יורו!! כך שלמרות שאנו מרוצים מהרכב ומהשירות_ אנחנו לגמרי לא מרוצים בשני הסעיפים למעלה שעלו לנו סכום משמעותי
