Overall everything was very good. Minor issue was that I had to wait 1 week for release the caution. I was trying to contact them via email_ but not receive response at all_ caution was finally released_ but without any notice_ response on email.

Car was better than expected. Fees were a little higher than quoted. They said this was due to differences in what you quoted and their prices. No meet-and-greet as mentioned in the documents but easy to find. Overall a very positive experience
