for _Dropoff Service_ only medium because I had to leave the keys in the locker as there was no employee. I wanted him to sign a protocol that everything was ok with the car. That_s why I took some photos and a movie to make sure that everything was ok.

I have received a smaller car (Opel Corsa) than I have ordered (I needed an automatic gear and this was the only automatic car that they had). Actually_ I could order this car for less price than I have payed_ if I have known the situation at the time of placing the order_ so I think I deserve a compensation. The rest was very good.
