We upgraded to a larger car but the satnav was not built in and the one supplied was the worst unit I have ever used. I asked for information on the unit but nobody at the car rental company knew how to use it and there were no instructions with the unit. Next time I will take my own unit. Shame as other than that it was all good.

Brilliant service-didn’t have a Mustang convertible but ended up with a Camaro SS convertible instead for no extra cost. Couldn’t fault the whole experience.

everything went as planned in and out in 5 -10 minutes _ car was new _ when I dropped car off a bus shuttle ran me to the Port within 10 minutes . Excellent and I have now used the same service again .

Your web site shows the car as accepting 3 standard suitcases and 2 carry on_s_ in fact it will only carry 2 + 2. dissapointing.
