Excellent service. Only thing was the car was not washed and was quite dirty. But apart from that_ the car was perfect.

At the pick up the very nice lady offerd us an upgraid. We were hapy about that. But she dident say rhat it will cost an extra 107$ for the rental period.

The only major issue was the wait time at Phoenix airport - approx 25 mins which is far from ideal after a 11 hour flight.

Excellent service blemished slightly by the girl giving us our exact car - a compact capable of holding 2 large suitcases in the trunk. She tried to insist we take something that couldn_t fit a single suitcase in the trunk as the only compact they had. But under pressure of documentation showing what we ordered she finally gave way and we ended up with an excellent car.

This questionnaire came a day too early! The provider confused me on rental with additional offers and I do not even know if I was given the right car and price! More guidance on that would help as it seems they always try to add more on.
