Your staff was very helpful when I arrived having booked the car with a Debit card and then you required a Credit card to proceed. It took very long tough_ I do suggest you preclude booking wit a debit card if you need a credit card to proceed to pick-up.

Signage at the airport could be improved_ ended up having to ask for directions. Voucher said there was a desk in the terminal_ there wasn_t. We had to walk outside and find the pick up point.

Was offered a larger vehicle at a cost_ declined this. We were sold a breakdown recovery policy at $111 for 2 weeks which I would have expected to be included in the price very disappointed in the extra cost which we didn_t use.
