Received a free upgrade due to lack of booked car. Drop-off at Arlanda airport very efficient: emailed invoice before we_d left the site _ also didn_t charge us anything until after drop-off.

Service was busy when we went to pick up car so there was a fair wait but we didn_t mind and the team member was very helpful when we did speak to her on pickup and allowed us to drop off at a different location without fuss. We got a bit confused with trying to drive the car out of the garage because we weren_t sure which way to go.
