After 36 hours since returning the rental car I‘m still waiting on the drop off information the lady there promised me to send.
Long wait getting the car. Needs more staff at busy times. Otherwise good service.

The service would be greatly improved by providing the following: 1) many of the Toyota C-HR_s controls are not intuitive and others downright dangerous if not understood_ so provide an online user manual. It is quite scary when the car takes over my decision-making at high speed in cruise control. 2) Provide an exact location to return the car to at Madrid Airport T4. There are many return points_ so something to enter into the GPS please.

We would have appreciated sited some support with GPS on pickup. We arrived after 36hrs travel from Australia heading to Salamanca city with a GPS in Spanish. Eventually we worked out how to change it to English but a lot of time was wasted trying to do so.
