Car had a few extra marks which I showed lady on pickup and flat tyre as light came on soon as we drove out of care park. Not had refund for deposit yet but other than that car was nice

Car wasn_t available at agreed time. Was offered electric vehicle as alternative but not what I wanted. Suitable car did arrive within 30 mins and was rapidly turned round so I was on the road within 1hr of pickup time. Otherwise all was great thanks.

the supplier of the car requesting extra costs for not taking the insurance + taxes - this info is not clear up front and hence the comparations with others options is not accurate. you paying a lot more than you thought.

Company is trying to extract as much as they can on insurance and excess - 3500 excess and quoted over $200 for excess cover - Also Charges on cross border are an industry wide issue. Need to be regulated to stop these sharp practices
