I just have one complaint _ on your website you pride yourself in saying the price you’re quoted is correct with no hidden extras. On the morning we were due to go on holidays we got a phone call from the car supplier to say that because our flight wasn’t due in until 20.30 that evening there would be an out of office fee and we were charged an extra €52. If I had been made aware of this I may have shopped else where_ When I made this booking nowhere on your website did it say that this might occur which is very misleading and disappointing. Outside of this very disappointing extra cost . Regards Evelyn

Only issue it took about 45 mins to get served as it took about 15 mins per customer to pick up a car.

Everything was fine apart from having an email we received at the start of the 2nd week to ask if we had dropped off the car at Malaga station _ to get in touch with them to confirm this because they thought they had cancelled our contract by mistake which...after phoning them...they had. This was a worry as we were about to go out _ would have been driving illegally if I hadn’t checked my emails before leaving!! They didn’t seem concerned at all when I phoned _ said its a mistake that can easily happen if a digit is put wrong!! It was also a bit of a worry dropping the car off _ no one being there to check the car as I’ve heard stories of cars being damaged after they have been left _ the customer being charged when they shouldn’t have been.
