Long wait at the car hire location to get the key_ about 1.5 hours.

A basic map would have been useful so that we could find the drop off address. The car had sat nav which would have been great if we knew how to use it. Instructions would have been helpful. Damage on the car which hadn_t been logged. Advised to take photos. No one was interested.

When we waited for the minibus there was no orderly queue_ so later arrivals were able to jump the queue. I_m not sure how this could be resolved. If the minibus is full and there are people who need to catch the next one_ the driver should take their names (in priority order) and let them board first when returning. I wasn_t quite sure where to return the car (to the airport or to the depot. We phoned and once we knew to return to the depot - it was easy.
