Service was great_ car I chose was not available so a similar one was given_ a wee bit small if you are 6foot like myself struggled to get in_ also turned out to be a hybrid car which confused me as electric most of the time and very quite_ threw me off_ as not used to them.

The only downside was waiting for a representative to turn up at the drop off station. We had to wait only 10 minutes but there was a queue and the people who were there first had waited over an hour.
