Very quick handover at the start and end of rental period An agent greeted us at the airport filled out paperwork and took us to the vehicle and we where away all within 15 mins 1suggestion would be to put local map in the car Thanks

Only thing I would comment on is that on returning the car there was no representative or key drop off at the return location. I had to go into the airport to the rental office to return the key. Other than that it was excellent.

Only issue was that the supplier charged me for half a tank of petrol at a higher rate than available - so cost of rental was 192 instead of 150.

Our car was delivered to Hotel Plevna as arranged. However we felt the agent from your company was in a hurry and didnt have time for us. Was helpful enough but didn_t mind that our cases were left on the street while he spoke to us.
