I had to deliver the car at 04:10 in the morning via dropping the keys in a steel box outside the Nolleggiare office at Park C of Bergamo airport. I would have appreciated an e-mail informing me that they did indeed find the car inn the morning_ whether they had any remarks_ additional charges_ the date of return of my guarantee etc. E.K.
