When I arrived at Stuttgart Airport to collec the car_ I was informed by the gentleman that they cannot accept my VISA Debit card with the arrangement I booked it through you. They only can accept the VISA Debit card if I pay an additional €518.40 for fully comprehensive insurance. You can imagine that I was in absolute shock having to pay that amount of money. I therefore would very much appreciate if you could pay back the insurance I already had paid to you. My voucher IDCF4EFC36. I would like to hear from you asap. Thank you very much in advance.
