There was no one there to go over the car when we drooped it back. We were told we would get an email saying the car was in the same condition as when we picked it up but have never received this email_ even though we have asked 3 times for it. A little bit slow releasing our deposit as well but apart from that the company was great to deal with.

The car was a bit of a pain to drive - too many pointless warning alarms ((that could not be muted). I know that this is outside the control of the rental company.

The only real complaint was that the car was not cleaned externally. beyond that_ the stereo system bluetooth only worked for telephone calls. IN this day_ streaming music_ apple p[lay ect owuld be expected. on a positive norte_ the staff were super helpful and efficient. That made up for the diurty car
