Despite of the late time arrival (22:15). I was picked up in less then 20 minutes. Travel to providers base less then 10 mins. Car nice clean and new (less then 30000km on clock). Good experience! Recommended.

We had several coolant warning lights appear in the two weeks we had the car so emailed provider and they said they would reimburse anything purchased. Car required 3 x litre bottles in total which we have handed over the receipts for and are awaiting payment.

Overall the experience was good. The only small matter was that when we left the hire company we noticed an engine warning light was on after a few miles so we returned to the hire company only to be told that it was a service warning light and nothing to worry about. It would have been better if they had told us that when we initially collected the car.
