Ver friendly_ accommodating staff. Car was not such conditions with quite a few bumps and scratches_ but that wasn_t an issue.

pick up time it was very crowded both times and it takes a long time per customer. I do think I am rather impatient so not all your fault staff were lovely

My flight was delayed and I was therefore charged an out-of-hours fee. I would have picked up the car at 21:00 (which is already out of hours)_ and I understand that your Ts and Cs indicate that you don_t cover the out-of-hours fee if it_s not the time as initially booked. I presume the out-of-hours fee for picking up the car after midnight is more than it would have been at 21:00. Could I claim back at least the difference in these fees_ since the amount I paid did include an OOH fee?
