At the agreed location at the agreed time_ a partner of the car rental company was waiting for us at the airport. He took us all to the rental company. There were short formalities. They recommended that we take out insurance. Then we took over the cleaned cars. Due to the flight delay_ we were forced to extend the car rental by half a day_ which was no problem. I scratched the car a lot during the rental. There was no problem when returning it_ they didn_t solve it_ I didn_t pay for the damage_ it was covered by insurance. I can highly recommend the car rental company.

There is no rental office_ but we were met at the airport and then walked to the car. The paperwork was completed at the car along with payment and it all went very smoothly. The return was arranged by WhatsApp the day before and we met the gentleman in the car park again. Very quick and smooth process.

When I got to the airport_ I was told by the company to wait five to ten minutes multiple times. After about one hour and me calling the company_ someone finally came to pick me up. Other than that_ everything was ok. Oh before returning the car_ make sure to wash and clean it. If not_ you will be charged a cleaning fee
