There are some scratches on the side and back of the car but the car is quite new (within 3 years I guess). The overall experience is good as we don_t need to wait for the collection and return of the car when we arrive at the shop. The staff are helpful and we can communicate in English without any problems. Thank you

The insurance was confusing I bought in the website but then the car agency offered insurance as well It took quite a while to figure this out with the agency The car was a lot better than in the website

You need to use an ETC card for easy transit of toll roads. I was told not to use the one in my car (I don_t know why)_ so I had to pay cash every time entering a toll road and there are a lot of toll roads.

Though the pick up location far but the bus captain was good in helping with loading and unloading luggages. Is far location but a nice feeling ride. Customer service officers were great with English and explanations were clear. Will surely return to this car company again.

We were not aware that the airport shuttle from the Haneda Drop-off Outlet ends at 1930hrs. We returned our car at 1945hrs_ 15mins before our scheduled time of 8pm. This led to some last-minute scramble on-site to look for cabs to get to the airport on time.

To Advise that the GPS in Tokyo can be wrong because the roads or stacked two three high and you might get directions for the road under the one you are riding on.
