In Sofia Airport there are sales offices at T1 and T2 that offer airline tickets. In addition there are general information counters in both terminals, “Lost & Found” office, a Business Class Lounge on the second level of Terminal 2, banks, an ATM, money exchange offices, a post office and a First Aid station on the ground floor of Terminal 2.

You can relax and drink your coffee in the cafeterias – bars or have a snack/lunch in one of the restaurants.
For shopping you will find newspapers and magazines shops, Bulgarian souvenirs shops, toys shops, Duty Free and Travel Retail outlets.

Guest Lounges:
The biggest guest lounge at Sofia Airport SOF is situated in Terminal 1 and in the western wing you will find the VIP lounge.
In Terminal 2 there are two smaller guest lounges, the “Preslav” and the “Pliska”.

Facilities for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM):
Specially trained PRM staff, specially adapted toilets, accessible public facilities - lifts, restaurants, shops, executive lounges, meditation room (upon request), reserved seating areas for wheelchair users at T1 and T2 and reserved parking spaces.
