I booked an automatic transmission but they gave me a manual. I know it was an upgraded category (from a Clio to a Golf)_ but I booked an automatic because it was automatic. Thankfully I know how to drive both.

they did not pay back a double charge made on the cleaning of the car_ despite repeatedly mailing and phoning them

When provider gave car_ it wasn_t full tank but 3/4 full at max. Provider blamed the car (which shows this incorrectly) but car wasn_t faulty as I understand later. They just didn_t have time or forget to fill tank self_ I think :) Overall not a big problem_ everything else was OK as always.
