I had a problem with the battery failing and needed to be jump started. I gathered from the insurance company this had happened before with this car.

We had the car for 10 days without a problem. We noticed that the engine could have been more powerful but it could have been our fault for not reading carefully the engine size.

It would help if it stated on the paperwork that the collection point was outside the airport. No desk inside the airport.

I do have a problem that I have to wait up to a month for my deposit to be returned to me. It should be immediately. When I pay for the car you take the money immediately so I should be treated the same way.
