Car hire team and service was excellent_ really helpful and would highly recommend them. Only small negative involved returning the car_ as we struggled to find the correct point of return at the airport and maybe a small map of the return point might be helpful.

I paid the deposit of 10_000 Bahts by debit card so the money was immediately in the hirer_s account. However_ I had to sign that I agreed it would take up to a year to return my deposit. At that point I had no option but to sign as we had booked out of our hotel and the taxi had left. That can_t be right.

My only comment was the confusion of insurance options offered as I did not understand your representative! I had CDW _ paid 10000 security bonus but still not comprehensively insured !!!
