The staff at the rental desk were friendly and very efficient_ both picking up and returning. The only downside was finding the rental office when returning the car_ maybe give customers a map of the local area with routes from different directions marked on it?

The man who picked up the car tried to comfused me about a little sractch on the side of the car_ the thing is I paid for a full insurance.

Terms of contract made us liable for mechanical problems. We refused to sign_ and they waived the two clauses - after a couple of hours waiting for their legal team to agree.

Met promptly on arrival and was waiting at return even though I arrived an hour earlier than agreed time. I think they have GPS trackers so know when you will arrive at destination for return of vehicle.
