The car petrol tank was not full when I received it_ but on ¾ full. Returned it completely filled up (done in Swakopmunt and then drove out 31km on that tank to get to Wfb). Also_ I would have liked to know the guy_s name I returned it to_ wasn_t sure if it was a car guard or a clerk as the hand over was done in the car park and no paper_s were signed.

Was very impressed with the service on collection (there was a mess up wrt the collection time at the airport but that could have been my fault) and the drop-off service was quick and efficient - would definitely use them again!

does take a little bit of extra time going to the off site location_ but handled very well by the team so no serious complaints. the quoted rates are significantly lower than other rental companies.

I rent on a regular basis. The only real issue is the high block they put on for ther insurence 16_000 rand_ but it is what it is_ I only pay 5000 with woodford and get the same insurence cover. Other than that car was better than the one I booked so all happy

The left front tyre was flat when I collected it and I was told to go to the garage and pump it. I did that and it was fine_ but I didn_t want to sit along a road with the jack cghanging a tyre that was flat at the outset. Would have been good to have been given the tyres in good inflated condition at collection.
