Was very impressed with the service on collection (there was a mess up wrt the collection time at the airport but that could have been my fault) and the drop-off service was quick and efficient - would definitely use them again!

does take a little bit of extra time going to the off site location_ but handled very well by the team so no serious complaints. the quoted rates are significantly lower than other rental companies.

They did not have a carseat ready as preordered. I had to delay my vacation because of it. The carseat was terrible way too low and could not properly fasten. For this reason i will not use you again.

I rent on a regular basis. The only real issue is the high block they put on for ther insurence 16_000 rand_ but it is what it is_ I only pay 5000 with woodford and get the same insurence cover. Other than that car was better than the one I booked so all happy

The left front tyre was flat when I collected it and I was told to go to the garage and pump it. I did that and it was fine_ but I didn_t want to sit along a road with the jack cghanging a tyre that was flat at the outset. Would have been good to have been given the tyres in good inflated condition at collection.

Please put a proper sign at Hosea Kutako Airport as to where you go to take back hire cars. It wasn’t very clear.
