1. I wasn_t aware that there was a 20€ charge for delivering and pick up at my hotel. 2. Some confusion over pick up time as the agent had sent a message to the hotel front desk to leave the key at the desk. I was ill in bed and my wife had already gone down with the key to find the agent. Eventually all sorted out.

Overall we were really delighted with the car and the service provided. The only negatives were: the spare tyre was flat so maybe this should be checked before each new hire and the policy of only accepting credit cards with embossed number forced us to take out the additional cover because of the daily limit on my other credit card. Having said that when we did have a puncture they were there within 30 mins with a new tyre and we picked up a new spare from the office.
