Great service and the man at the desk was very helpful - we had to drop our car off early because we had a medical emergency and had to repatriate to the UK. Some feedback I would like to give is that It wasn_t made clear which parking bay to park on to return the car. A bit more info on that would have been very useful.

Not having someone present when returning the car feels uncomfortable but I took pics/video just in case there was any comeback. It seems unfair to have to mark service as _poor_ but it can_t be called _good_ if it wasn_t existing - in the questionnaire_ the option for _not applicable_ should be available so that the agent is not penalised by a lower score for a service that_s not provided. I wasn_t happy at hearing that the 700e security deposit against my credit card apparently remains on the system for up to three weeks!!!!! That_s a lot of time for a lot of money to be _reserved_ when there_s no need for it to be but_ to be fair to the agent_ he agreed to contact the bank and try and release it earlier. I_ll be checking every day...... That aside_ the experience was very positive - fast and friendly handover_ very clean car_ very_ very good quality of vehicle too. The 700e issue notwithstanding_ I_d rent again from them.
